An organization's web presence is an investment of time...not a ton of time but time none-the-less. It does take a commitment and some planning but it does indeed pay off. I have seen this first hand. I was a little skeptical at first but now that I have been blogging for over a year and investing in building and interacting with the online community it is starting to see results...even a little associated business. As I continue this, the returns increase in tangible and non-tangible ways. I affirm that it is worth it! This is a good analogy.
