Friday Feedback – Do You Use Google Alerts
December 26th, 2008 by Leo WurschmidtGoogle Alerts is an awesome service that keeps you posted on what is being said? We will be talking about Google Alerts in a post coming in the next couple of weeks.
In preparation for that post, I thought this would be a great question to ask everyone out there the “Triune Designs zone”: do you use Google Alerts?
Our way of saying thanks
As my way to thank you for your thoughts, here is an annoying, yet very catchy song. I hope you get a laugh out of it like I did. Thanks Dan (@djByron) for introducing this to me.

DUDE…
Just saw this incoming link to my site via Technorati and DANG… There's the chimpanzee song!!!! I hate you, this will be stuck in my head another week! [kidding about the 'hate' portion obviously] And oh yea, my wife is singing it now too…
Regarding Google alerts… I do use them for a couple keywords and have the results sent to me via RSS/Google Reader.

Yeah, the chimpanzee song. Love to hate it and love to love it.
I played it to a few of my friends and they cannot stop singing it either. Thanks for introducing it to me.
Cool about the Google alerts. I use the immediate alerts for some key info (i.e. business name, personal name) and then use the others just for regular updates.
Thanks for the great comment!
