I am not exactly sure how that relates to WordPress' release of 2.7, but thanks for your comment.

I have been using Wordpress for just over a year now and I really love it. It serves as a great blogging platform, but has evolved into a fantastic content management system (CMS) - so that it is quite widely becoming the infrastructure for and backbone of core organization web sites. I have had several clients where we have built their new web site of Wordpress for its easy operator interface and excellent SEO. People who are not strong tech people can easily manage the maintenance of their site through its administrative control panel. Version 2.7 is a great upgrade and once you get oriented with the reorganized interface, it is a nice step forward.

I agree that WordPress really is such a great blogging platform. I have yet to use it as a true CMS yet, but I am looking forward to utilizing that ability. I just need to put the time in to truly learn how to use it as a CMS.

Thanks for the comment!
